Timely payment and appointment cancellation at least 24 hours in advance (less than 24 hours will result in a full fee being charged).

Sessions will end on time, with up to a 10-minute grace period if the client is tardy, unless otherwise discussed with the massage therapist in advance. A full fee will be charged despite a shortened session that is the result of client tardiness.

Sexual conduct will not be tolerated and will result in termination of the session, with full payment expected.
